Crepes (I usually triple this recipe):
2 eggs
2/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp oil
Butter to prevent sticking to pan

Blend all ingredients in blender. Melt pat of butter in frying pan and add 1/8th of batter for each crepe. Cook on both sides til lightly browned.
